MWH Construction is a construction company building bespoke architectural houses and completing high end renovations.
We have a huge, diverse and exciting work load for the next 2 years with some great builds and need to grow our smaller team by a wicked team member.
ideally you will be seeking personal growth within a company aiming for responsibility and self management coupled with initiative.
Ideal skill sets but not essential needed:
Sound understanding of timber and all carpentry principles and material quantities.
Sound understanding of in situ concrete form work as well as a high level of finishing and detailing.
Willingness to take on complex construction, and build something cool.
Have creative flair.
A want to manage and work with both carpenters and apprentices and take the lead.
A want to take your own projects, with the support of a boss that has your back.
Support the team 100%.
We are a small company of 6 and a close-nit bunch who love a good bit of banter and hard work.
Pay is dependant on level of skill as well as what responsibilities you see yourself taking on. Best to email me for a better response as I work on the tools daily with the team or am in transit or meetings.
