Harcourts Queenstown are looking for a full time Personal Assistant to work alongside one of our high performing sales teams. You will be based in our fast-paced central Queenstown head office amongst a vibrant and diverse team.

We are looking for an energetic self-starter with a positive attitude, a sense of humour and a passion for delivering results. You will assist Kirsty and Adam with general administrative tasks and provide business support. The role is varied and would suit someone who is flexible and has a willingness to learn. Previous PA experience would be an advantage but not essential.

Top requirements for this position include:

  • A can-do, positive and supportive attitude is the top requirement
  • You must be a permanent resident in Queenstown
  • The ability to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks
  • The ability to work autonomously, within a busy environment
  • Professionalism and to be articulate in all forms of communication
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot errors and inconsistencies
  • Advanced organisational and planning ability
  • Willingness to join and help a great team who focus on integrity and having fun while working
