Smiths Craft Beer House is seeking an experienced Chef to join our team. The Bar/Restaurant is located in the heart of the Queenstown having established itself a fantastic name in regards to beer food and personalized service.

Key Requirements of the role include:

• At least 2 years experience in a similar role,.
• Exceptional culinary skills with a passion for pushing the boundaries
• Proven communication skills
• Ability to empower team by passing on culinary knowledge and experience
• Willingness to be hands-on during key service times – weekends and evenings included
• Ability to follow and execute Food Safety plan and follow company procedures
• High personal standards passed on to entire kitchen team
