The Taxidermist Ltd. in Arrowtown is looking for someone for part-time contract piece work – with flexible hours – and great rates. It would be suitable for a semi-retired person, a student or someone returning to the workforce.
The role includes polyurethane form manufacturing, rating assembling and packing.
Skills in the following areas would be advantageous:
– Good manual skills & hand tool abilities.
– Fibre glassing / polyurethane foam.
– Knife skinning or studio craft skills
– Basic carpentry
I am looking for people with a Hands-on ‘roll up your sleeves’ attitude who can muck in and deliver to deadlines.
Requirements :
You must be able to pick up techniques quickly & work unsupervised.
Ability to prioritize tasks and be flexible if these priorities change.
Have an understanding and an appreciation of the natural world.
