CUSTOMER SERVICE REP NEEDED at Game Over

About us:

Game Over is Queenstown’s only indoor Go-Kart track, Lazer Tag arena and arcade. Conveniently located by the airport we have state of the art facilities, a fantastic team of staff and the worlds’ best, electric Go-Karts.

About the role:

As a Customer Service Rep, you’ll ensure that customer experiences at Game Over are outstanding.  You’ll be:

  • selling our experiences,
  • overseeing races & games of Lazer Tag,
  • cash handling
  • ensure our customers are having a great time
  • chipping in to keep the centre running smoothly

 

It’s not for the faint hearted – working with Go-Karts can be challenging. We need some who is proactive enough to identify what needs to be done and to do it without being asked.

  • Great hours! We’re open 10am to 7pm, 7 days per week with the occasional early start or late finish to accommodate special bookings. No unsociable hours here!

About you:

  • A current, valid work visa
  • Able to commit to at least 30 hours per week on a permanent basis
  • Experience in a customer service role
  • Not afraid to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in
  • Enthusiastic, engaging and friendly
