Dealership Reception/Warranty administrator – Queenstown Motor Group

We have a diverse front of house role incorporating general dealership administration as well as managing and processing warranty claims, ensuring they meet strict manufacturer requirements.

This role requires the right candidate to work independently and as part of a team, also providing back up to our service advisors as required.

You will have excellent written and oral communication skills, be highly organised and able to work within deadlines.

To be successful in this role you will have, or be:

* Strong computer skills

* Able to multi task

* A confident professional customer approach

* The ability to work to a high standard under pressure
