Queenstown House is a 13 bedroom boutique Bed and Breakfast situated just 200m from downtown Queenstown. At Queenstown House we pride ourselves on our first class customer service with a relaxed atmosphere, New Zealand style. We have a gorgeous small team who supports each other roles in all areas of the business.
Renowned for its outstanding New Zealand hospitality guests are treated to breakfast in the lake facing dining room. Every evening we host a pre-dinner get-together to sample local wines and canapes. Hosts can provide you with local advice and share what Queenstown has to offer.
About the Role
The main role is Office Administrator under the guidance of the manager.
Key attributes include being tech savvy with a broad knowledge of reservations and a good understanding of online travel management.
This is a full-time position.
Working with online travel agents
Monitoring market pricing
Producing operation reports
Updating social media
Responding to reviews
Full training will be provided however knowledge of Siteminder and Motel Mate would be an advantage.
