Real Journeys Pianist (TSS Earnslaw)
This is it! The long-awaited role to be the fun and flavour behind the lady of the lake! If you’re passionate about people, performing and playing the piano look no further – this is a prime opportunity for the Beethoven of Queenstown to provide live entertainment to our guests on the TSS Earnslaw.
You’ll be enthusiastic and skilled in communicating through music. Someone with the ability to bring people together, make them put down their phones and take part in a good old-fashioned sing along! We are looking for a person who shares our passion of giving as many passengers as possible the opportunity to experience and enjoy music, all within an unique environment.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- A solid music background;
- A good sense of rhythm and timing;
- Great improvising and performance skills;
- Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays and shift work;
- The ability to work well under pressure;
- A warm, passionate and approachable personality towards all guests;
- Great organizational and communication skills.
This is a permanent, part-time position working approximately 25 hours per week. As the Pianist on board the TSS Earnslaw you’ll be creative whilst also reliable and consistent. We are looking for a team player that can add value and provide a remarkable experience for all of our customers.
