‘Practicing Positivity’ is a workshop for you to learn the tools and techniques you need, to stay positive and calm within yourself. We will explore the idea of ‘showing up’ in your life the way that you want to, without negative thoughts impacting your existence.
Ursula Griffen, one of For You’s mindfulness facilitators, will guide you through meditative practices, self-reflection, and wisdom sharing activities. After this workshop, you will leave feeling inspired, relaxed and more positive about life.
