The Role
Service Advisor
We are currently seeking an Service Advisor to join our team at Queenstown Motor Group. You will need to take our customers through the repair process and offer the highest level of service. We are looking for passion, pride and a keen, enthusiastic attitude as well as a genuine willingness to go the extra mile for our clients.
This is a permanent position – Monday to Friday.
You will require
- an appropriate level of front line customer service experience
- a strong drive to deliver exceptional customer service
- excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
- a high level of personal presentation
- good time management and organizational skills
- A full clean drivers license
