It’d definitely be an advantage if you have kitchen experience, however we’re happy to make an exception if you’re awesome.

Absolute musts include:

Common sense (you’d be surprised by the amount of people who lack it)

Fluent English (it really does help with communication)

Sense of humour (life’s too short not to laugh)

Ability to work in very busy environment (no one likes the slow coach)

Current work visa/right to work in NZ (the boring legal stuff)
