Branch Manager – Cromwell

We have a great opportunity for a customer focused Branch Manager to lead our Cromwell team. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for managing the daily workflow and getting the best out of your team. You will build solid relationships with your team, existing customers and the community, whilst identifying new opportunities to continue to grow the business. You will be focused on exceptional customer service and retention and drive sales from the front. You will also manage our equipment and servicing with strong attention to health and safety.
About You
- You will be an experienced people leader that can motivate and support our established team
- You will have proven sales and operational experience – industry experience is preferred but not essential
- You will be confident in documentation, reporting and creating systems and processes to improve overall operation of the branch
- You will be professional, well organised, personable and have a good sense of humour

This role is Monday to Friday however some hours will be required outside of these days which goes with the hire industry. We will also do our best to accommodate Christmas holidays so don’t let that put you off applying.
