The Colonel’s Homestead kitchen is looking for someone to join the team working within a unique high-country farm style environment on the shores of Lake Wakatipu.

At Colonel’s Homestead we offer a unique gourmet New Zealand barbeque experience that dazzles and delights visitors from all over the world. Walter Peak is recognised as a unique environment where you will be working alongside and learning from talented and professional chefs creating a remarkable dining experience for all customers.

You will be someone with knowledge of a professional kitchen environment, appropriate food handling and food safety. Most importantly you’ll be a strong team player who enjoys getting stuck in and doing what’s required to ensure the best experience for the customers.

As well as being a talented Chef, you will be passionate, results driven and enthusiastic with knowledge of appropriate food handling and food safety.
