Purchasing & Sales Engineer

Shotover Engineering Ltd is the largest and longest serving engineering workshop in the Wakatipu Basin, and commands a huge reputation for quality workmanship.

We are looking for a specialist in customer service & procurement within our engineering workshop & retail outlet, and to carry out workshop maintenance for our business operations.

Your duties will cover:

Customer service.
Processing purchasing and sales orders.
Receiving deliveries and freight.
Procuring for the retail, manufacturing and service operations.
Controlling working stock levels.

Preferable attributes for this role include:

Previous experience, preferably in the mechanical/engineering industry.
Confidence in computers and administration.
Full drivers licence, preferably with forklift & HT license.
Well-organised with methodical approach.
Able to work independently and take the initiative.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Friendly and helpful manner and able to build relationships.
Physically fit and comfortable in a workshop environment.
